genesis 3

Project

The genesis 3 project supports Hessian startups and scaleups in the field of Green Energy.

It builds on the predecessor projects of the same name (2023-2026) and continues their successful approaches. The focus is again on an accelerator program for founders in the green energy sector. Particular emphasis is placed on the precise matching of experts and needs-based coaching.

Early-stage startups benefit from targeted support through the House of Energy network, for example, in validating their innovations. Companies with established products receive impetus for further developing their offerings, scaling their market activities, and optimizing their sales processes. The program is complemented by individual coaching and a wide range of training opportunities.

In addition to the accelerator, genesis 3 also includes a tandem program in which experienced mentors provide individual guidance and practical support to the participants.

Furthermore, the project includes various qualification and networking opportunities, as well as formats for initiating collaborations between companies and founders. By specifically connecting green energy startups with stakeholders in the energy sector, synergies are to be leveraged and innovation processes accelerated.

Objectives

The project aims to increase the competitiveness of participants through training and networking. Supporting startups will strengthen their innovative capacity and growth.

The role of the House of Energy in the project

The House of Energy's mission includes promoting innovation in the field of renewable and sustainable energy supply to advance the energy transition in Hesse. Through its existing "Forum Startup+" network, which comprises around 150 young, innovative energy-related companies from across Germany, the House of Energy already has strong connections within the startup scene. This project enables the House of Energy to provide targeted and tailored support to these startups.
